Custom Killing and Processing

Cutting & Packaging Information

All beef and pork are processed according to the custom instructions provided by the customer. We offer flexible cutting options to meet your individual needs and preferences.

Meat is wrapped in USDA-approved, heavy-duty, wax-lined freezer paper for optimal preservation. Each package is clearly labeled by hand to keep costs down and ensure efficiency.

Cured and smoked pork products—such as hams and bacon—are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and quality.

Please Note: Custom Processing Disclaimer

We offer custom processing services for individuals who raise their own animals. This means we process livestock that you provide, according to your specifications, and return the product cut, wrapped, and frozen.

Custom processing pricing is not the same as pricing for meat available for sale.
Custom processing fees are based on hanging weight and include charges for slaughter, cut/wrap, and any additional services you request (e.g., sausage, smoking, specialty cuts).

  • Kill Fee - $65.00

  • Cut, Wrap, + Freeze - $0.75 per lb. 

  • Cut only - $0.65 per lb. 

  • Curing and Smoking - $1.50 per lb.

  • Bacon Slicing - $1.00 per lb. 

  • Hog Maw Cleaned - $5.00

  • Ham Deboned - $3.00

  • Special Sausage - $0.30 per lb. 

  • Sausage Patties -  $0.40 per lb.
