Cutting & Packaging Information:
Both beef and pork are cut based on the instructions given to us. It is easily customizable to fit the needs of the customer.
We package using USDA approved heavy duty, wax lined, freezer paper. We do it based upon specific instructions given to us by the customer as well.
Each package's contents is marked using magic marker. This method reduces cost and is most time efficient.
The cured and smoked products of a hog (hams & bacon) will be vacuum sealed.
